Couples Therapy & Individual Counseling

Fees

• Couples Therapy: € 220 per couple (90 minutes)

• Individual Counseling: € 120 (60 minutes)

• All prices are final. Billing is handled via Ben Schuster E.U. under the small business regulation (§ 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG) and is therefore exempt from VAT.

Waiting Time

• Couples Therapy - At the moment, the waiting time for couples therapy is around 4–8 months. If you’d like to be on the waiting list, you’re very welcome to let me know. Since things often change over time, please get in touch again after about three months if you’d still like to stay on the list. If I don’t hear from you, I’ll simply assume that your situation has shifted in the meantime.

• Individual Sessions The current waiting time for individual sessions is about 3–5 weeks. Please note: Individual work is only possible with sessions every 3–4 weeks at the moment. More intensive support (for example, weekly sessions) isn’t possible right now.

Invoicing & Reimbursement

• At the end of each month, I will send you the invoice via email, and timely payment is appreciated.

• As a psychological counselor, I can only bill privately; reimbursement through statutory health insurance is not possible.

Canceling or Rescheduling Appointments

• Appointments can be changed or canceled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance - preferably via my client portal.

• For later cancellations or no-shows, the full fee will be charged.
